~~~ ~~~ Effective January 1, 2025, the Potomac Knolls HOA monthly fees were increased to $50.00. ~~~ ~~~Potomac Knolls HOA Meeting, Thursday May 15, 2025 at 7pm at the Potomac Knolls Community Center.~~~ ~~~ Did you know that trash cans must be put away within 18 hours of the trash cans being emptied and that the dumpsters located in the parking lot of the community center are only for the use of the community center and the daycare? ~~~ ~~~
