~~~ ~~~ Effective January 1, 2025, the Potomac Knolls HOA monthly fees were increased to $50.00. ~~~ ~~~Pizza with the Police, Wednesday June 11, 2025 6-7:30pm at the Division VII Station 11108, Fort Washington Road, Fort Washington MD 20744 ~~~ ~~~Potomac Knolls HOA Meeting, Thursday June 19, 2025 at 7pm at the Potomac Knolls Community Center~~~ ~~~ National Night Out, Tuesday August 5, 2025 at 6pm at the Potomac Knolls Community Center~~~ ~~~Community Pride Day, Saturday August 16, 2025 at 7am at the Potomac Knolls Community Center~~~ ~~~Did you know that trash cans must be put away within 18 hours of the trash cans being emptied and that the dumpsters located in the parking lot of the community center are only for the use of the community center and the daycare? ~~~ ~~~
