Effective January 1, 2023, the Potomac Knolls Hoa Fees were increased to $47.90. We will continue using Truist Bank's Association Services for collecting and processing your monthly Homeowners' Association Fees. You will receive a payment coupon booklet directly from Truist Bank. Please follow the instructions included to make your payments. Any general correspondence related to your payments, should be directed to H & E Management.

To ensure accurate accounting, all payments must be accompanied by a coupon and should not be dropped off at the community center. Make your check/money order payable to Potomac Knolls Homeowners Association. Mail payments to Truist Bank.

You are highly encouraged to pay your HOA fees on a timely basis in order to avoid late fees and a possible lien against your property. Fees are due on the 1st of each month. If monthly HOA fees are not received by the 15th of the month, your account will incur a late fee charge of fifteen dollars ($15.00).
